wash the potatoes, peel them and put them in a pan with cold water, cook about 10 minutes from when the water starts to boil.
Once cooked and cooled, cut them into slices.
In an ovenproof dish, sprinkle a little béchamel with a little salt, and make a layer of potatoes, add the ham, mozzarella and bechamel,
continue until all ingredients are used up.
Finish with bechamel and cheese.
Bake at 200 for about 25-30 minutes
